They're currently having a level up event when the server goes up which will give in total 4 storage expansions slots, and a ton of other stuff.
Other than that, not sure how they plan on adding them. Either from voting for points and then buying them, or by adding them into an NPC with basic IM items.

Xiroku , u didn't understand what he means sadly , on test server we have just 1 page and that's not enough since we can't delete our digis so he was wondering if they add more space ... that's all

U don't understand what he wants 
when this question was asked we didn't have the public test server.
Hes probably talking about the "Digi Archive" thing.
i am pretty sure in cbt that will come out there will be possibilities to delete the digimons and to get more pages.
